Salmanson Dining Hall, Salmo for short, offers a dining experience featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone's appetite with food choices. Whether you are looking for something familiar and comforting, want to prepare your own meal, or are interested in expanding your palate you're guaranteed to find something at Salmo with over 10 stations.

Classics features traditional comforting breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Pizza & Pasta you'll find pizzas, daily hot sandwich specials, and a plain pasta accompanied by two freshly prepared sauces. Our Deli features freshly sliced Boar's Head^® premium deli meats and cheeses. Choose from a wide variety of sandwich fixin's for a custom sandwich tailor made for you. Check out the Grill where you can get a custom-made omelet for breakfast or select from a variety of grill menu favorites for lunch and dinner. If you are looking for more adventurous flavors check out Tapatia, which serves up a variety of Tex-Mex and Latin-inspired meals or International, which offers freshly made-to-order lunch and dinners that feature a variety of globally inspired recipes. Lemongrass, located on the left side of Salmo upon entering, serves up authentic Eastern Asian cuisine and offers a daily noodle bowl bar.

We are happy to once again offer UCook. A DIY cooking station open 7 days a week Monday-Friday. At UCook, you are the chef! We provide a variety of ingredients for you to sauté up your own meal. If you don't see ingredients that are meeting your craving at UCook, please feel free to grab some additional ingredients from any other station within Salmo. Ucook offers a DIY Smoothie Station that is open all day, DIY Omelets for breakfast and lunch, and a DIY stir-fry during dinner.

For our students with food allergies, intolerances, and other dietary restrictions, we have three destinations to help meet your specific needs. Simple Servings serves meals that are free from 8 of the top 9 FDA Most Common Food Allergens and gluten. You can dine here with the confidence knowing your meal was prepared in a designated area in our kitchen, by a specially trained culinarian, and is prepared without treenuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, shellfish, sesame, and gluten. Simple Zone is our pantry where food items are stored safely for those with peanut, treenut, and gluten allergies. Simple Zone also has a dedicated microwave, toaster, knife and cutting board. Rustic Roots is our station that celebrates whole, plant-based foods and aromatic flavors with recipes that substitute animal protein for nutrient-dense plant alternatives.

Full station availability during main meal times (Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner). Limited food offers available during Continental Breakfast and Light Lunch.

International is closed on Fridays.

Lemongrass is closed on Saturdays.
