We recognize and understand the role that we play as an employer, service provider, and corporate citizen and the impact we can make on individuals, our communities, and the environment. Your Bryant Campus Dining Team is committed to providing a sustainable and environmentally conscious dining program.

Rhode to Impact is our commitment to the State of Rhode Island, our customers, and the communities in which we work and live to support the Rhode Island and New England regional economies through an increase in local and regional purchasing.

Through Rhode to Impact we highlight local farms through our Harvest of the Month program, host farmer's markets on campus, conduct education events on local sourcing, and more over the course of the academic year.

Our kitchen uses WasteWatch powered by Leanpath systems. This allows our culinary team to monitor and track our food waste while we prepare your meals. By using WasteWatch powered by Leanpath, we are able to easily identify causes of food waste in real-time and make necessary adjustments to our procedures to help combat food waste.

All of our pre- and post-consumer food scraps go to My Blue Heaven Pig Farm located in Burrillville, RI only 23 miles from campus!

Sodexo is proud to sign on as a Northeast Organic Family Farm partner to support organic dairy farms in the Northeast and to help secure the future of organic dairy. We're committed to purchasing organic dairy products from brands that source their milk from our region.
